The
MD has asked Nick in Finance to prepare a discussion about what
his department
does and what each member of his team does.
Nick has asked for the learner’s help in planning and structuring
the discussion.
Attachments:
Plan, Detailed Notes.
Process:
1. Open the ‘Plan’ select the appropriate options to complete the
plan.
2. Find out how long each person has worked for the company, by
looking on the database in Personnel and Training.
3. Go to the Finance Department and talk to each member of the
team about what they do. Take notes.
4. Look at the Role Statements on the PC in Personnel and Training
for additional information on the team. Take notes.
5.
Open the ‘Detailed Notes’ document and select 1
set of detailed notes (from Options 1 to 3), for each of the 3
sections. Click ‘Play’ to see the Video clip play.
6.
Send the completed documents back to Nick in the Finance Department
by
clicking ‘Send’ on the top bar of the email.
7. Once you have completed this task, you can get detailed feedback
by visiting the MD in her office.
