Personnel
and Training need to review the company car parking facilities after
receiving a number of complaints from employees. The learners task
is to gather feedback from employees, who use the car park, complete
the questionnaire and return the completed document to Personnel.

Process:
1. Open document and read through content.
2.
Access the company website and find out about the company car park.
Copy notes into notepad if required. (Intranet, notepad)
3.
Access employee records to find out which ones use the car park,
make a note of their names in the notepad. (notepad)
4.
Find these people either by going to their department, clicking
on them and talking about the car park or via the contact list on
the videophone. Talk to each person on the list about the car park
to get their feedback, note down relevant responses in notepad.

5.
Complete survey sheet and questionnaire. (word docs and notepad)
6.
Send completed questionnaire back to Personnel and Training. (email).
