Level 2 - Communications task 8:
find the missing information to complete an interactive company structure chart.

Brief explanation

Development and Design have asked Technical Services to put an interactive Company Structure chart on the website. However, Angus has noticed that some of the employee information is missing, the learner must find the missing information to complete the chart.

Process:
1. Open the 'Company Structure' document and get to know the structure of the company.

2. There are bits of information missing, the learner needs to find the information to complete the task.

3. To do this they need to go to the PC in the meeting room Personnel and Training and access the employee database and profiles.

4. Once they have the found the missing information they need to go back to the 'Company Structure' document and complete the missing information.

5. The completed document should then be sent back to Angus in Technical Services.
