Level 2 - Communications task 6:
Resolving issues in an Online User Guide.

Brief explanation

The MD has asked each of the departments to give a talk on what their department does and what each member of the team does. The talks are to be given to all employees in Head Office. Nick in Finance has asked for the learner's help in planning and structuring his talk.

Process:
1. Access the Symtel website and read through the 'Online User Guide.

2. Open the 'Online User Guide Issues' document and resolve all the issues

3. Send the completed 'Issue' document back to Clinton in Development and Design
